What are the causes of a Burnout

What is a burnout

Many people think that a burnout is a state of emotional, mental, and physical exhaustion caused by excessive and prolonged stress, a typical situation in today’s society. However, a burnout can also come from today’s increased exposure to electromagnetic radiation, as we are now using more and more electrical appliances and wireless devices at home, in the office and when we are on the move. All this added exposure to electromagnetic radiation, has a negative side effect, namely the increasing pollution of our environment in the form of non-ionizing radiation commonly known as, electromagnetic pollution, or electrosmog.

Recent research into the mechanisms of action of high frequency pulsed radiation has yielded interesting results. While the effect of the radiation could not be explained until now due to the low amount of energy, new aspects have now been found that could explain most of the symptoms that occur in affected people: According to this, high frequency pulsed radiation produces increased oxidative stress in the cells. Many researchers now agree that this is of great importance for many physical and even mental disorders of our modern western civilization.

What is oxidative Stress?

Oxidative stress is essentially an imbalance between the production of free radicals and the ability of the body to counteract or detoxify their harmful effects through neutralization by antioxidants.

Oxidative stress leads to many pathophysiological conditions in the body. Some of these include neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimer’s disease, gene mutations and cancers, chronic fatigue syndrome, fragile X syndrome, heart and blood vessel disorders, atherosclerosis, heart failure, heart attack and inflammatory diseases.

Radio transmission, burnout, and oxidative stress

The burnout syndrome as well as the chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is a complicated disorder characterized by extreme fatigue that can’t be explained by any underlying medical condition. The fatigue may worsen with physical or mental activity but doesn’t improve with rest.

The classical burnout syndrome as well as the chronic fatigue syndrome is an illness characterized by persistent and relapsing fatigue (energy loss) on the human body cells, caused by oxidative stress, a disturbance in the balance between the production of reactive oxygen species (free radicals) and antioxidant defenses. Free radicals are oxygen hungry molecules that are unstable. This makes them dangerous when set loose inside the body. They bombard healthy tissue in search of available oxygen to make them stable. When the ratio of free radicals to normal cell function is high the body will experience a change in its biochemistry.

According to resent research reports, burnout syndromes are not only caused by psycho-social factors of today’s modern work environment, but also due to the increasing numbers of transmitters in all areas of life.

Scientific studies confirm that day and night exposure to high frequency pulsed radiation from Mobile and cordless phones, Wifi’s and other new modern technical applications can cause oxidative cell stress, a chronic irritation of our neural system, and the reduction of energy production in our cells.

Since the introduction of mobile phones in the late 90’s, a drastic increase in illnesses such as, cancer, burnout, chronic fatigue syndrome, and Fibromyalgia have taken place, and it is hard to believe that they do not have anything in common.

With the new insights about the coherence’s between radio transmitters, oxidative stress and its impacts, a profound scientific base has in the meantime been established.
