Mudita Oasis is an ergonomic, modular meditation set that adapts to your body, bringing stability, comfort and ease to your meditation practice.
The individually adjustable meditation cushion, supportive bolsters and foldable floor mat come together to create your personal space for meditation and mindfulness – at home, on retreat or outdoors in nature.

Ergonomic comfort
The carefully designed meditation cushion and bolsters support a relaxed sitting position, helping to reduce pressure on the knees, hips and lower back. A bolster placed across the knees can also provide comfortable support for the arms and shoulders.

Stability for an upright posture
The coconut fibre insert provides a stable foundation for upright sitting. It supports a natural posture, relaxed breathing and lasting comfort – even during longer meditation sessions.
Compact and easy to take with you
After your meditation, simply wrap the floor mat around the entire set and secure it in place. This keeps Oasis compact, easy to store and convenient to carry. A single Kapok-filled bolster is also light and compact enough to take with you as a comfortable meditation cushion wherever you go.

At home and on the go
Meditate wherever you feel most at ease – at home, in a meditation centre, on retreat or in a peaceful spot in nature. For outdoor use, an optional water-resistant Mat Protector is available. It protects the floor mat from moisture and dirt, allowing you to create your personal meditation space outdoors.
Easy to clean
The removable covers are machine washable at 30°C, making everyday care simple. High-quality YKK zips make the covers easy to remove and put back on.
